Team news

Crystal Palace defender Danny Butterfield (hamstring) and striker Alan Lee (groin) will have fitness tests on their respective injuries

Left-back Lee Hills is back from suspension after his red card at Watford. Manager Paul Hart could move Clint Hill to centre-back in place of Matt Lawrence.

QPR goalkeeper Radek Cerny will return inbetween the posts after Carl Ikeme's loan spell has ended. Dusko Tosic could make his debut at left-back, but Matt Connolly (ankle) is still a doubt.

Quotes

Roy Hodgson

"The fans have followed us up and down the country in the last few weeks and I can assure them that they really do play an important role for the team. The noise they generated throughout last Saturday's game and even after the match showed great support for the lads at this important stage of the season. This weekend we want to once again see them show the same vocal support from the first whistle to get behind the team."

Neil Warnock

"The thing that Palace have is a fantastic team ethic. We will need to be a lot better than we have been of late if we want to get anything at all. I have to admit I'm not looking forward to it. It's a no win situation as I want both sides to to stay up.

"I don't think this one match will decide the outcome of the season, but you can't deny it is a huge game."
