Team news

Crystal Palace midfielder David Wright is likely to sit the match out due to a calf injury with on-loan Swansea player Kemy Agustien set to replace him.

Alex Marrow is still sidelined with an ankle problem, while Pablo Counago returns to the squad after he missed Saturday's defeat at Ipswich under the terms of his loan. Striker Jermaine Easter hopes to shake off a knock in time.

Leicester's on-loan centre half Jeffrey Bouma is available for selection after serving a one-game suspension. Defender Kyle Naughton hopes to have recovered from illness to play.

Quotes

Sven-Goran Eriksson

"Palace need the points for different reasons because they are not yet safe. They are technically a good team with some good players.

"They will defend deep and from what I have seen they make it difficult for teams to find space. I just hope our team plays as well as it did on Saturday.

"We started January well and did okay in February but then we had five or six bad results and it is difficult to understand why that happens.

"I think how we have played this season that we should have more points, but that is our fault.

"We have made too many mistakes and we have a lot of young players who need more experience and the only way they get that is by playing. We also have to credit the opposition."
