Julian Speroni's parry led to Southampton scoring
Alan Pardew suffered his first away defeat as Crystal Palace manager with a 1-0 loss at Southampton.

The Senegalese midfielder lobbed Julian Speroni after the Eagles stopper spilled James Ward-Prowse's shot.
Palace were the more threatening with Wilfried Zaha hitting the post in the second half. Palace remain eight points above the relegation zone, while the Saints move up to fifth.
