Defender Brede Hangeland has extended his contract with Crystal Palace.
Hangeland, who turns 34 this week, played an important role as back-up centre half for the Eagles last season.
The Norwegian made 17 appearances, scoring two goals, and has been rewarded for his performances with a new deal.
"I’m delighted to have signed with Crystal Palace for the new season," he told the club website.
"I have really enjoyed working under Alan Pardew and we have a very talented squad who are all a really good bunch of lads to be around.
"These are very exciting times at the club and I look forward to playing a part in making next year in another successful one."
