Crystal Palace continue their shocking winless run after losing 1-0 at home to top club Leicester City.
Defeat to the Barclays Premier League leaders means they are still the only club in the top four divisions without a league victory in 2016.
Leicester, meanwhile, move eight points clear at the top of the table thanks to Riyad Mahrez's goal and the Foxes look set for an unlikely title win.
Mahrez created the first chance of the day when he was sent through by Danny Drinkwater's defence-splitting pass that caught Pape Soure napping and fired a low shot that was saved by Wayne Hennessey's legs.
Wilfired Zaha blasted a good opportunity wide of the goal for the Eagles from Yannick Bolasie's left-wing cross at the far post.
Player-of-the-year contender Mahrez put the Foxes in front on 34 minutes with a cool finish, slotting home Jamie Vardy's low cross from the left byline.
Alan Pardew took off the ineffective Emmanuel Adebayor and Pape Souare – who had been booked – for Bakary Sako and Martin Kelly at the break.
Although Sako delivered a string of dangerous crosses, Palace never looked likely to get on the end of them without a recognised striker on the pitch.
Damien Delaney hit the bar for Palace in stoppage time, but they remain without a league victory since December 19, 2015 and are in danger of a relegation scrap.
