The court date for the hearing of Crystal Palace FC (2000) Ltd V Steve Bruce has been set for next Thursday 22nd November 2001.
There was a brief preliminary hearing this morning at 10:30am.
Palace chairman Simon Jordan is aiming to stop Steve Bruce from leaving the club and joining Division One rivals Birmingham City.
