Team news

Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson will revert to a full-strength side for this Premier League London derby against West Ham.

Hodgson played a weakened line-up against Bristol City in midweek but few impressed as the Eagles were comprehensively beaten 4-1.

Lee Chung-yong suffered a knock in that tie and is to undergo a scan, while fellow midfielder James McArthur faces a fitness test. Strike duo Christian Benteke and Connor Wickham (both knee) are still injured.

Quotes

Roy Hodgson

"I donít believe in must-win matches because I don't know how you get a team to win the must win game. The only way to win a must win game is if you are good enough and if you're better than the opposition.

"At the moment there aren't many teams who are going to go to Barcelona at the Nou Camp and beat them whether it's a must win game or not. So I don't understand must win games.

"Iíve been away from this type of media interview for some time and I'm afraid I cant get back into the sort of groove you want me to get into because I donít really understand the questions.

"For me every game is a must win game and if we climb out of the relegation zone I will still tell the players itís a must win to get higher up the table. If we ever challenge for the title Iíll say the same ad infinitum."

Slaven Bilic

"Iím expecting a very tough game tomorrow. A very big game. A game of characters. A game of basic things. A physical game. A mental game. A game that will be decided with togetherness and also a bit of quality, that I know we have but also, they have.

"I hope we are going to use it to make a difference. But first of all, both teams will have to be very strong, mentally and physically.

"Again, itís a derby and to be fair Iím really looking forward to the game. I like big games and weíre expecting that tomorrow."
