Townsend: A superb curling shot secured victory for the Eagles
Crystal Palace beat Burnley 2-0, in a superb display at Selhurst Park.
James McArthur scored the first goal after 16 minutes. His curling cross evaded the whole Burnley defence and keeper Joe Hart, and ended up hitting the far post and crossed the line.
The Eagles had a total of 29 shots during the game, and struggled to get the goal which would kill their opponents off, but it finally came in 77 minute.
Andros Townsend picked the ball up on the right, and cut inside and unleashed a fearsome shot into the top left corner, leaving Hart with no chance.
