The statistics show that white people who move out of London overwhelmingly move into mainly white areas.

However....what blows your comment out of the water is the reality that non white people who move out of London don't. They majority move into a different majority diverse area.

Moving out of London and selling any crown jewell that is a London property, is a terrible idea on the whole, from an investment point of view.

Data shows that groups like pakistanis and Afro-Caribbeans are leaving their ethnic concentrations, but, compared to whites moving from the same areas, are more reluctant to enter overwhelmingly white areas.
