The BBC gets a lot of stick on here, mainly because we have to pay a licence fee to it, but as I have said in the past, ITV are worse when it comes to often laughable bias. Now we have this. Blatant racial and sexual discrimination. Yes, real racism, not the pretend sort. Will someone report them to the police?

The lady would have to explain what she meant herself but I cannot see why the police would be concerned if what was meant, as I expect it was, that they just wanted talent and attaching any other label was both unnecessary and offensive. If she had said “we only want black men”, then it would be racist. It’s those who define themselves by the colour of their skin who really are the racists. Not those trying to eradicate such concepts.
