Not obvious sh*tholes or snobby stuck up nightmares, but as the title demands s.v.p. For me Wandsworth has a neutrality, boredom and soullessness it is quite hard to pinpoint, it needs a few trips past the old Arndale centre to appreciate its bottomless underlying grimness. Over six years Kingston upon Thames never gave me any problems but I always described it as 'Hollyoaks meets invasion of the body snatchers' to anyone unfortunate enough to be listening. I am currently commuting to Maidstone - a hot bed of outdated provincial sh*tkickers resides therein - it does not stand out as being particularly nasty but I find it truly vile - I think it's the ones that creep up on you that arouse the detestation - you expect Dagenham to be revolting so it doesn't disappoint. So any supposedly harmless places you would happily bomb?

Clapton! Bombing the place would be more than an improvement!

Hastings (no offence and I know there's a couple of decent parts), Aldershot and Portsmouth.

I'm sure Basingstoke is positively scintillating - and Pompey's old harbour - those old ships, have you taken leave of your senses? the town centre's OK too - Aldershot looks a proper candidate, as does Basingstoke (no offence and I don't know if there's any decent parts).

Coventry. It's like f***** Hogwarts with the road system - pretty sure they lift up and move of their own accord. Never yet managed to get in and out of the place the same way. Couple that with when you do get lost - its a grey, soulless mass of Birmingham lite.

Milton Keynes - anywhere with THAT many roundabouts deserves to be bombed.

Correct. Too many roundabouts, the sheer volume is frightening! I have two places above there though: Flint and Rhyl, in North Wales. Vile places.
