Well that was great. Not Pardew 2.0 springs to mind. Underprepared, outfought and embarrassing.

It become a frequent thing that we always playing catch up. Also the season, we were most prepared is the season we signed McCarthy, Cabaye and wickham. We actually started the season with some gusto. It's not a one off.

I blame Frank the Plank for Lukas injury. Hes strolled around in the back 3 all pre season and then 1st league game hes put back into midfield where hes completely off the pace and under prepared. Very poor management

Nearly another week gone. Still no attacking options added. Amazingly amateur from mr parish.

No he's not and I've been one of his fiercest critics in the past but it's stupid to be complaining about lack of signings a week before the window shuts and let's not forget that we already have a stronger team than the one that beat Liverpool at Anfield last season

It's not all bad. We we're bottom last week, second to bottom this week. Another eighteen weeks and we'll be top of the league with the current rate of progress. It's maths, sort of.
