Lying
Spoilt little individuals they are showing themselves to be.
Talk about feather your nest.
They should stop exhibiting and proving everything that we all thought they were when they had a chance to prove us wrong.
BJ was right to expel those 21 much the same as if one of your friends went to the dark side and told you and your buddies; he would be expelled from your drinking club.
Good day old boy m m m

Utter, utter nonsense. BJ and Rees-Mogg were both Tory rebels themselves when May was trying to pass her deal, and they both voted against it more than once; why were they not expelled?
They have both voted against the party position numerous times throughout their career.

Some of these 21 who expelled voted in favour of May’s deal, so this notion that they’re anti-democratic, and trying to subvert Brexit is just more nonsense.

I find it beyond parody for someone to sit there calling MPs self-serving, back-stabbing, lying and spoilt whilst throwing their support behind Boris f***in Johnson.

We know where we are; as in the EU.
We dont know what the future holds by being in the EU much in the same way we dont know what it's like not being in the EU.
What's the difference apart from being told without evidence ,just presumptions that we will be f***ed if we leave.
We could be f***ed if we stay.
Who knows.
All I see is the uk is now the giggle of the world. if it means soooooo much to be part of the eu i want to know why.
Not one can tell me.
I'm dark side now anyway, I want out I've changed my mind.
As we are allowed to do.
Your words wissy.

If you don't trust experts then more fool you.

I tend to believe people I know have more knowledge than I do on specific subjects.

That's why I consult a doctor rather than a plumber if I have a medical issue and a plumber rather than a doctor if my pipes burst.

Whilst not every doctor will agree on the best course of action there is usually a consensus. It's no different with the impact of a no deal Brexit. The overwhelming opinion of the experts is that it will cause long term damage so should be avoided if at all possible.

Playing who blinks first on the edge of the cliff is not wise politics.

In the case of Brexit there are experts on both sides so I guess that you only follow those experts that agree with you

You are obviously following different experts to me as none of the opinions that I have seen state that there will be long term damage unless there is no intention of trying to forge a trading arrangement

I find it beyond parody for someone to sit there calling MPs self-serving, back-stabbing, lying and spoilt whilst throwing their support behind Boris f***in Johnson.

But they rebelled regarding something that basically has killed any chance of the UK getting a better withdrawal than the one repeatedly rejected by Parliament. Boris Johnson was absolutely spot on with his tactics with the EU who were starting to believe that he would carry No Deal through. It was music to my ears as a leaver. This deserved the support of Parliament irrespective of their personal views on BJ. If not all then at least including the rebels plus those who were prepared to put this fine Country first before politics.
BJ quite rightly is prepared to be led around Brussels like some poodle and with it the UK being further laughed at.
I will repeat once again that the views and votes of the 17.4million who voted leave have not been given priority. This could well lead to civil unrest and if so the MP’s should have a serious look at themselves. SHOULD HAVE BACKED YOUR PM.
As for the rebels go and find another party in fact to be specific the LibDems as they wish to block Brexit.
Taking No Deal off the table merely prolongs the uncertainty and with it suffering of many businesses.
Finally, it would have been LEAVING the EU with no deal and NOT ‘crashing’. Just thought it worth clarifying.

Bring back Brolin

I can't keep up with all of these twists and turns. I'm not sure if it's been mentioned here, but I did read that one route to a GE would be for the government to perform a vote of No Confidence against itself. Though then we could get the surreal situation where the government is voting No Confidence and other parties are refusing to support it.

I don't recall there being any overwhelming expert opinion on that subject.

It was a political judgement.
