With Alla-alla-allardyce rightly shown the back door in utmost disgrace, who do you think should be the ideal replacement for the 'dream job of England Manager' (Allardyce quote)?

a) Chris Martin
b) Owen Smith (who would concentrate action exclusively on left wing following last Saturday's thumping defeat)
c) David Cameron (given his love for football and his ardent following for Aston Burnley Wet Spam Villa FC)
d) Nigel Farage (although he'd hate playing anybody within Europe)

Who else?

Ken Clarke could smoke cigars and would probably wear a hat.

Gordon Brown could turn a blind eye to off-field antics.

Thatcher would not have allowed turning in her area.

Couldn't you have put this in Football Talk, ie, where it belongs?

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Mark Carney.

He says he has a plan in place for the nation's recovery now that the value of Sterling has plummeted.

George Osborne would be my choice. Knock 50% off players fees and fill the team with no league amateurs then watch like with local councils as it cashes and burns.

That's not true as he possibly plays within Europe every night as his wife is German

Kind of odd, you can offer to teach people how to get around FA rules and regulations, legally, and you get sacked and hounded for it.

Do it with taxation, and you're an accountant and earn a bonus

Corbyn, his delusional thinking would match many fans expectation when the England team qualifies after beating a smattering of countries that people only hear of during international games and tax haven scandals. Along with one country that occasionally qualifies.

Jezza Corbyn ... Allegedly he wants everyone in Europe to get the same wages, so that would kill off the money grabbing deals.

Eddie "God's Gift To Opinions" Izzard.

I'm fed up with people laughing at the England team, it's time to put someone utterly un-funny in charge.

But surely we all love someone with an opinion that is proven to be true?
