It's Sunday morning. Your alarm wakes you with the usual early morning clatter which you snooze over and over again but, try as you might, you can't get back to sleep... Your head is sore from one too many down at the Bridge Bar and your guts are screaming at you because that kebab and chilli sauce didn't quite hit the spot you thought it did. But wake up soldier. Dust yourself down. You have a game to attend. We need you. Head into the bathroom and do your morning duties. Get your lucky pants on, wear your lucky mismatched socks and adorn the famous red and blue, for today, you will be the twelfth man. Walk through those ageing turnstiles at midday knowing that you will be doing your bit. This is a moment which will define our season; define our future. One result. Be the man to help us get there. Bring your A game, bring your chanting, bring your positivity. This is our cup final. Let's offer an atmosphere which is deserving of the moment and let the players feed from this. Be loud, be proud... heck, even watch the West Ham play off final video (what have you done today) to get the blood going! Come on!!

Stay up all night watching Palace on YouTube. Turn the TV in at 6:30 at watch Lady Lowe and the Two Robbies on CNBC and growling at them every time they bring up something negative about Palace. My visiting daughter comes in and refuses to watch. Match begins. My face is right up against the screen. Two hours later...

I predict the black cats to beat Swansea as they won't want to Finnish bottom and their players will want to increase their 'stock value' should they be sold However I know we have enough 'spirit' within the team to beat hull 2-0 on Sunday yeeee
