Click bait in it's worst form. The headline was:- Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish posts update about the Eagles' summer transfer business Naturally I clicked on the link to read the article as I imagine most other Palace fans would just to find that this update was just Steve Parish's dig at a fan on Twitter and saying that Palace "need the right players, not players right now" If I had known that I could have carved out a lucrative career for myself as a journalist by making up a catchy headline and posting some crap under it I would have done so

And most onth e NewsNow site are grossly fake or misleading. Every summer they link us with a ludicrous number of players and players leaving. Even Sky and Talks***e are at it. I'd rather wait until reality happens than get worried over poor and sensationalist journalism.

Agree, I try to avoid Football.London at all costs due to nonsense 'stories' and overload of video ads that slow down the page load. Edited by Penge Eagle (08 Jul 2018 5.01pm)

Is there a single story on there that has any basis?

They're doing a very good impression of the Croydon Advertiser. Click bait with no substance whatsoever. When you pull them up on it, they say they have to keep the site/publication going somehow..... how about good content you cretins?

Unfortunately clickbait headlines + lots of ads on the site = revenue in the modern online world. Actual news comes secondary. Just try and resist the need to click.
