Hi everyone, I'm a fan from Italy. Given the impossibility of moving in the previous two years due to the pandemic, this year I wanted to take advantage of my work holidays which coincide with the start of the championship. So I would like to see the match with Arsenal, at this point I ask you which membership to do. On the official website it is written that with an "International" I have a guaranteed ticket, but for the match I want? From the support they do not respond to my request ...

Once you join you get or fill in a form for your tickets. I've always got the match I wanted eventually: there have been issues.

So you say I shouldn't worry in short, it is a good amount to be able to secure a single match, even excluding the ticket price ... so I can choose the match at the moment of registration? I didn't understand, but for the match against Liverpool, you had chosen the ticket but there weren't any more? It's just one ticket per season, right?

You can get two tickets for A rated games or 4 (I think) for some others. I've had the odd issue but always got my tickets in the end. You will fill in an online form by buying it on the website/app if it's the same as last year. Then best to check with box office to make sure it's actually booked. You can ring or email them. I had trouble with emails last season but never before.

Hey ASCPFC,they never reply to emails and if they do it is always very late. I did the Membership International but I have not found the dedicated space to reserve tickets. I found the web page searching on Google, because in the personal area there is no indication and the support has never answered me. By now, however, the event was closed and therefore I do not think my request to reserve the ticket is worth anymore. Has this ever happened to you?
