Is this a thing? An attempt to give the 'progressives' their latest social engineering hard on? Next up it's trans James Bond drinking socially responsible coffee.

Since the Doctor has always been a man it is a bit odd in terms of logic for him to become a woman but if you excuse away that statistical inconsistency then it would be OK as long as they didn't make it into a crusade. The BBC is on a mission to indoctrinate us with messages about equality which is fine as long as it remains representative of reality and consistent.

To be fair the only logical female Dr Who is Angela Dixon ... Watch her in 'Never Give Up' and you'll know what I'm talking about! This would give Dr W a real kick up the arse, a kick boxing super athlete who can actually act.
