We do need to plan - both with Roy and without.

The only thing that'll scupper plans is results collapse because players stop listening. Roy being poached or us moving him out due to delusional nonsense won't happen with Roy so there is a better chance he could survive 3 seasons, health and Roy's enthusiasm permitting.

But of course there's a trend for it to turn to sh1t because players stop responding, but it won't be because they're not prepared, drilled or fit enough as with Pardew and Slavan Bilic et al.
