When you bring in a foreign coach you hope he still has the sway to bring good players at reasonable prices with him. For me, this is one of the things that has been missing at Palace by having a string of English managers.

If this is our fate, I cannot see Hodgson being our manager and some of the names mentioned on this thread will be totally out of reach.
