I would be very curious to hear the answer to the interview question by SP by any prospective future manager: "Our results in recent weeks have been very poor and the team is in a rut, how would you improve results and lift confidence within the squad immediately at hand?"

Actually drop people when they're rubbish. Make some substitutions. Have more than one tactic.

Roy will be gone either mid season or definitely end of season no question. Would like to think SP is already sounding out our future manager. Eddie Howe meanwhile is sitting in the background awaiting a premiership club in distress. Hope we get in before others ie Fulham Southampton etc
