For the sole reason that anyone who posts such transfer information in the utmost faith is seen by some as trying to place themselves on an ITK pedestal and their motives are viewed with scepticism and met with a hail of bullets when in reality the model of plausibility is that they are merely trying to be informative as information is relayed to them from reliable sources. In the final analysis being 'In the know' does not make one a panjandrum nor place one high on any totem pole or on the pantheon of greats.

The fee had always been agreed it was just a matter of other things & timing. However I don’t know why I am justifying myself as what exactly am I doing wrong apart from posting on a forum. It’s a shame that in society today we always want to try to put people down just as well I am strong enough to take it.

Dazza FWIW I personally look forward to reading your posts and getting some insight into what is actually going on/potentially going to happen. As you quite rightly say others don’t have to read / pay much credence to your posts that’s their choice. All that aside, let’s return to what is becoming a very exciting window indeed - clearly something has happened and there is realisation that investment is required for us in the first instance to stay in the Prem and secondly move on from being perennial relegation candidates/strugglers. A potential line up of; Is head and shoulders over where we were this last time last season and if this comes to pass I for one will be looking forward to the new season with more anticipation and excitement than I have since we were promoted to the Prem..!! COYP

Panjandrum - look I’m reasonably literate, in fact quite sad in that I try to use a new word every day to expand my vocabulary/written business correspondence and communication. But Willo what does Panjandrum mean..? I’ve been one of your critics as you know - but must admit I’d miss your posts if nothing else just for their “sesquipedalian” content..!!! Life on HOL just wouldn’t be the same..!! Chin up Willo..!!! COYP

I only post on here occasionally as I am not ITK and rarely have any insights that I consider worth sharing. My only source is the chap I see in the mirror every morning and, frankly, he's a miserable old git - only two weeks ago he was telling me Eze was sure to sign for West Ham. I have no idea whether dazza is genuinely ITK and the same goes for Willo, but I don't really care and don't understand why people get so worked up about it - they both post stuff that I enjoy reading. As others have said, if you don't like what they say you don't have to read it.
