I know it doesn't mean much, but his Wikipedia page has been updated again to show he still plays for Ajax after saying he was a Palace player a couple of days ago, so something's obviously gone wrong. Just hope we can get a few new faces in soon whether Riedewald is one of them or not.

If that is what the problem is this time I'm guessing that the agent is trying to pull a stroke

Let's be honest no one knows what is happenning. We have had all sorts of rumours but fact is he is not our player. We always seem to struggle to get players 'over the line,' and often seem to lose out because of it. This will he won't he stuff is just dull and slowly but surely leads me down the can't be bothered caring path.

This move reminds me, when we tried to get Jenkinson in January. It took forever before he wasn't interested in the move, rumoured to be confidence issues and wages.

If we are putting in bids for an Arsenal centre half I don't see the sense in us doing both.....We don't have that kind of money to spend and get a striker as well. Frank said two....To me that said one striker and a defender.
