Of course. He’s not been total dogs*** this season and has played well at times. To suggest that he and Kelly aren’t sufficient RB cover is ludicrous.

I agree, we hardly need a Messi in every position including back up.

Not trying to be a smart arse but do you think the french teams mentioned will pay the wages as my understanding is the french league is relatively poor compared to the Premier League ?

I think Wilf's wages will be a concern to many suitors when considered alongside his age. I can't see the likes of Frank Lampard warming to him either.

The notion that we would happily drop his asking price by £30-40m is baffling. Unless we've accepted that we grossly overpriced him to begin with, I can't see how that rumour is possible true.

I'm in two minds about Zaha. He's gone down significantly in my estimations since last summer. His performances haven't dipped solely because of that but it's surely played a part. For that reason a large part of my thinks it's better to get rid.

That being said, if we do somehow end up landing Fraser and Eze and opposition teams can't afford to double / triple up on Zaha anymore, he could go back to being a real force again.

clubs are keeping their powder dry, perhaps struggling to work out what the post COVID 19 going rate will be. Also, still got best part of 2 months of the window left.
Anyway, don't want to sell him too early because clubs we want to buy from will then inflate their prices.

He hasn’t done himself or the club any favours with his form last season. We seem to take so long fvcking about with transfers we need him out the door quickly in the hope we can someone else in before pre season training starts.

To be honest with any of the top clubs Wilf is not going to be starting.....he’s not good enough on current form. He’s going to spend a lot of time on the bench.

What an absolute tool.

Brash, undisciplined, and disrespectful.

He will cost 60m-70m (including wages) to whoever buys him, because they get no resell. For few goals and few assists.

A couple of bad games and he's on the bench. Being brash, undisciplined, disrespectful...and disruptive.

Who in their right mind pays that money? He's been utterly average this season.

We must set a close date for bids, decide our minimum, and sell to the highest bidder if our minimum is met.

Disrespectful to Palace fans and I wasn't surprised to see him avoiding responsibility for something he was clearly happy to partake in.

It's been plain to most of us that he'll be sold this summer but we really didn't need that rubbed in our faces.
