This surely is a non-story. The presenter merely expressed excitement at the rapidly-changing situation. She didn't say she was gleeful about Boris Johnson 'dropping out'.

However, the political-reporting chap with the glasses this morning said something like: "the former Prime Minister (BJ) finally emerged from the hotel where he had been holed up" Holed up? Making him sound like a member of the Devil's Hole gang or something. What was wrong with "where he had been staying"? Edited by YT (24 Oct 2022 3.07pm)

Not guilty, there is no comment about Johnson there. She is being clever, or just having fun? Krishnan Guru Murphy had some off-camera verbals with Steve Baker. So what.

As for Lineker's comment about Boris "pulling out" being a first - yes - quite funny - but given he has been unable to keep his cock in his trousers throughout his adult life maybe he should shut the f*** up!
