Seems to me the issue today is on social media and especially anonymous accounts on Twitter. Any racism elsewhere and including football is so minimal now and I wonder what the media commentary in the days after any racism from east European fans. Actually I don’t need to wonder. Sky were obsessed with it the last time and tried to make out how bad it was in the English game after that match played in whichever country at least a couple of generations behind Western Europe.
