We'll now go through the standard cycle: - All mainstream western politicians will say this has "nothing whatsoever to do with Islam" - Twitter will be awash with #PrayForNice - Facebook will have a French flag adorned on people's profile pictures to show "solidarity" with the French - People will be everywhere saying "SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!" - Same people then have no support for anything being done - In 4 days' time, the idea that there is a problem with Islam will be quashed and we'll all go back to living our normal lives until the next one happens, then repeat cycle.
The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money. |

Already seen a few people on Facebook writing things along the lines of "Please don't use this as an excuse to generalise all Muslims as terrorists when it is a minority." Fine, no problem with that. However, it was the same people 3 weeks ago happily generalising all Brexit voters as ignorant racists.

It's almost as in people often have hypocritical biases skewed towards their own political beliefs. Just about anyone who endlessly bores on about 'the left' or 'rightwingers' does this. They're both just too busy jerking off to their own belief system to see it.
