Just with friends but really enjoyed that it didn't take long before you are able to have some really good competitive rallies (albeit of a low standard). Great for fitness as well as you're constantly on the move and the best bit is you never have to run too far away to retrieve a misplaced shuttlecock...unlike in tennis where I spend most of the time retrieving over enthusiastic smashes Definitely want to play again once I've settled into a new place.

Badminton is borderline signalling, but hey, you still catch straights in gay bars....or so they tell me. Mind you....it has to be quite closely followed by Power Walking....otherwise known as 'fast mincing'. Still, get your sport on and be healthy.
