Doesn't help when the guy is only being given 5 min at times to come on. I really don't understand why Roy wont change things when Benteke plays todays game was clear example they was down to 10 men mix it up stick of so many defensive players and playing one way only. I bet if this guy was to leave he would start banging in the goals it's been seen by so many ex palace strikers

It is a backward step bringing him on because all it does is reduce us to 10 men at a time in the game when we need fresh legs, Parish please do not renew this man's contract, let him go to whoever on a free!

He’s not even worth a fifth air that figure, which makes paying him that when stays absolutely pointless. It’s all very well valuing him on the balance sheet at whatever but the truth is nobody will pay for his signature. If they would they’d call his agent now and advise not renewing so they can get a bargain. The whole extension is flawed and stinks of a stubbornness to admit he’s become a failure, and partly, but not fully, because he’s had chances or doesn’t put work in, down to Parish switching styles one year into his contract away from Pardew/Sam and into FDB/Roy. A mistake we mustn’t prolong, but probably will. That’s foolish.
