I don't think he is the least weak. He has assembled a strong, experienced team and allows them to do their jobs.

What we have now is a complete reversal of Trump, who ignored everyone else and relied only on instinct. We now have a genuine collegiate system. Biden may not be a bsing jumped up, super confident, ex TV reality TV, bullyboy. He struggles to read the autocue sometimes, but he is clearly competent off camera. He has led the west's response to Putin's adventure in Ukraine with resolve and imagination.

Can you imagine what would have happened with Trump in the WH? He would have refused to support Ukraine and told the Europeans it is their problem. No wonder Putin supported him and hates Biden.

I have no special regard for Biden, and think there are better people in the Democratic Party. What he did was enough to get rid of Trump. That's success.

I am quite sure he knows the difference between Ukrainian and Iranian. It seems he is uncomfortable with a teleprompter, and misreads things. Maybe because of his eyesight, but I have no special knowledge about why it is.
