The last lines of YOUR post were this:-

That there were some inaccurate claims made by some of those fighting Brexit is true, which is hardly a surprise. Balanced though against the nonsense routinely published in the likes of the Sun and the Mail and in social media memes by the Brexiteers they pale into insignificance.

Mark Francois seems a thoroughly unpleasant man whose views never failed to rile me in the recent past. No charm, no tact but a huge opinion of himself.

I would oppose his suggestion on the grounds that anything he wants must be wrong.

My own feeling is that there will be many more flags flying at half mast on Jan 31st than Church bells ringing out.

I get no sense of celebration anywhere but in the minds of people like Francois, and in places like this.
