So Aluko got her second payment. She played her hand well. The FA and the tribunal were pathetic. The floodgates are well and truly open for anyone to claim against anything they decide 'offended' them. Unless they are white of course. Then you will probably be sacked for being a troublemaker. In 2017 most would like to see disciplinary action against anyone who bullies their staff but I can't really see that was the case. I'm not even sure I can agree that there were enough hostile exchanges to even warrant discussing their nature, although you can't actually make those jokes anymore so the scandal is on par with a greater offence. Is there a police investigation?

“I do not consider that Mark Sampson has held a long-standing negative bias against you [Aluko] based on negative racial stereotypes,” the independent inquiry found. “Nor do I consider he subjected you to a course of bullying or belittling behaviour.” Ive now read all the evidence. Aluko was wrong imo

I worked in HR for over 10 years... big companies regularly pay out to avoid court cases. I don’t blame Aluko.
