It's far beyond a joke now. Pray he somehow gets the nomination in 2024.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Possibly because Americans don't get as much holiday entitlement and travel abroad is difficult for them. If you live in Oklahoma and have to keep up with news from all over a country the size of the USA your interest in foreign affairs is likely to be less. When I first travelled to the US, it was difficult to get any world news on TV.
