The book is very good it explains a lot people even if you do not like the guy should pick up a copy of it or the audiobook.

I have read it. As a Palace fan of over 40 years it was a cracking read. What it showed to me was just how SJ made money by hard work and a fair bit of ducking and diving when you could do just that. He was the right man in the right place at the right time. When it came to running Palace his luck ran out.

No news is good news ?. Personally think the wheels have come the PV deal .. and we’re still chasing Farve .

Who knows apart from Dazza of course .. but getting Pv over the line if we were interested really should not be this difficult, he’s an ex manager come football pundit not Pep ffs.

I have tried to condense this for you.
He’s joining Sunday, Monday, next week? He needs a work permit, even though, if he’s the same bloke I keep seeing on the telly, he’s already working here.
He’s signing today but has already signed.
Some of his team may have no football experience some may have.
He’s joining on a 3 year contract but may be 5, he has £80m to spend, although it might be £60m, although it may be nothing?
Some players may have been offered contracts, some haven’t and only 1 out of contract player is said to have turned up to pre-season training.

That’s what I managed to understand from the ramblings on here, but, in my humble opinion no one has a f***ing scooby.
