There is a big IF thank you AS, you beat me to it.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Out of Howe and Dyche I would say Howe would see the biggest change in direction as he has a clear focus of how he wants his teams to play, and that includes much more possession than we're used to. It carries a big risk as it would likely take time to transition to a new style and it's questionable whether he'd have the resources to achieve it. I also get the feeling Eddie would always see us as a stepping stone to an Everton or an Arsenal. However, in theory he could get us playing really attractive football. Dyche seems to be the lowest risk option if Roy goes. He gets on well with players, knows what it takes to punch above your weight and isn't afraid to play ugly when necessary. Our squad is probably more suited to his style and I would argue he maybe has more strings to his bow than Howe. Rumours abound he was seen house hunting in London in recent weeks. If it was a choice between these two I would go with Dyche. He's a funny character and seems like a guy you want on your side. Ok ginger clashes a bit with our kit, but Hopkin got away with it

Paulo Fonseca. I heard a rumour a few days ago that he and our Chairman were in discussion. A brief look at his Google entry suggests (to me at least) that he's not someone we want. He's changed managerial jobs 10 times in 14 years. As a player he was with Porto for 3 years and never got a single game.
