Whats the criteria to live in Thailand far? Do you need a job to go to? How much money do you need in the bank if not? And finally, how much is a gaff near a beach? Just curious-at the moment.

I have lived here for over 20 years, if over 50 need 800.000 thousand bht in a Thai bank account

I beleive its going through the courts at the moment. If you Google it you can find out how it's going. Maybe no one is to blame and it may be proved that is the case.
