It's been widely reported that they've made an enquiry for Benteke and this is understandable as they only have Jiminez as a centre forward option and he has yet to recover his form after his head injury.
This doesn't mean Benteke will go.
He seems settled in London, has shown no inclination to want out and then there is the question of fee and wages.
If he still has ambitions to play for Belgium and knows he's way down the pecking order under Vieira, I suppose this could make him reassess his options in search of more regular football.
