It certainly is for me. I have my doubts that any manager, no matter how good, could make such radical changes, in such a short time, with just a few signings, and make it work. If FdB can then fair play to him because he'll have proved himself to have extraordinary coaching abilities.

It was never going to be easy to implement significant change to our style of play but it's necessary to move beyond being in a relegation scrap each year. We will have a period of change and bedding in but the football season is long enough for us to get it right. We're not going to be this new team from the Huddersfield game and anyone thinking we should be would do well to change their expectations to avoid disappointment. If you want us to improve as a team this is part of the process and initially it isn't going to be happy sailing.

Yeah I don't need think I comprehended just how much was being changed. Currently we clearly don't have the players to play this system. Not their fault it's just we need different types of players we don't have.

If we can't sign 3-6 players then I think we need to radically review if this new formation is for us, at this moment in time.
