First impressions of a possible employer are important. It show the ambition of the club, just as much as the owners, manager and present players. To keep stalling on stadium development will make the playing side less competitive.

On the other hand they may just ignore any increase in custom and carry on as before leaving us mugs struggling to get on ever more packed trains. Is the train from Norwood junction to east Croydon after midweek games still 4 carriages? And this there no trains midweek from selhurst doing the Purley and Caterham run?

I think there may be more carriages now but strangely there seem to be more people already on the train when it arrives than on a Saturday so it can be a real squeeze to get on.

I think there may be more carriages now but strangely there seem to be more people already on the train when it arrives than on a Saturday so it can be a real squeeze to get on. Tuesday night must be the new Thursday in 'I can't wait any longer for the end of the week to get lashed so it'll have to be tonight.' Or they're correcting a fvck up at work. A fvck up human or mistake or both.
