No, they may well still be Polish but will be subject to visa restrictions like any other immigrant. What is it that makes people think that the UK and Europe (as opposed to the EU) will just turn their backs on each other after Brexit?

May being sensible: Offering permanent status for the 3,000,000 EU citizens settled here. To be reciprocal of course. This should help the Brexit talks go a lot smoother.
