Never used to be several murders a day in Croydon, and I believe rape is still reported and even investigated. How about in Joburg and Capetown? End of your contribution as it should be - total rubbish.
A bit of a scrap with a few pints or even a gang stabbing is hardly the level of crime of South Africa - which, when I last looked, had one the highest (if not the highest) murder rate in the world. Some cities have 2000+ murders a year. Rapes are not necessarily reported or investigated anymore but an estimate was something in the tens of thousands a year. Sounds nice - why not drive your flash car slowly through the city with your window down - stopping regularly?
