Agreed good news for the staff I have a friend who works at the Bromley branch so hopefully she will be OK. This is a massive change for Hays I hope they are up to it, in the SE the high street travel agent has almost died out. They are sailing against the prevailing wind so I wish them luck but I do wonder if the high street travel agent is going the way of the high street estate agent I hope I am wrong. Advise her to carry on job searching.

Maybe a should just go back n forth to Alicante, but that's not a holiday. Good thing on my part is I know I will get a full refund, feel for those who wont/cant. Great news, well for me On The Beach who I booked with, have refunded all monies & have helped me rebook new holiday, same apartments, same dates new airline. Extra cost to me £49.87. Result. Happy bunny(son's the missus)
