In my opinion he is the type of player who is not suited to any of the top clubs at the moment. I can see him staying with us and I will be delighted if he does. When he wakes himself up usually around the seventy eighth mark he awakens all his team mates along with him doesn't he, he definitely isn't the same player this season with us and wherever he does go he will become that player we've lost ...meaning he will help make that team so much better then it is now and Europe will appear a lot lot closer.

My worry is not Zaha leaving. Had enough of the rumours and baby behaviour - thank you, and goodbye. My issue is that we think McArthur, Meyer and Schlupp can cover the left meaning we will be left with Townsend as our only winger, and he is off form (crap basically). I don't see us signing a decent replacement. We probably think Banks can do a job but he hardly set the world alight on loan. I don't think he was even a first team regular in a low Scottish side. All the clubs that could afford him will look at his Opta stats this year & will not think him worth the investment. WZ will be a Palace player on 12th Sept & not through choice IMHO.

It’s like Groundhog Day after every match at the moment. Wilf has a poor game and someone posts that it’s time he went. Then someone leaps to his defence saying he’s been a great servant and we’re lucky to have him. Someone else points out he’s on a massive salary and the next post says he deserves to go to a bigger club to fulfill his potential. It’s getting boring and hopefully he’ll be off soon and we can move on. If he stays any longer he will ruin his legacy as one of our best. Is there anyone out there who seriously thinks he should stay?

Then someone leaps to his defence saying he’s been a great servant and we’re lucky to have him. Someone else points out he’s on a massive salary and the next post says he deserves to go to a bigger club to fulfill his potential. It’s getting boring and hopefully he’ll be off soon and we can move on. If he stays any longer he will ruin his legacy as one of our best.

I’d love him to stay but I would also think he has no ambition if he wanted to stay with us, he has a few decent years left and his career is done. To be honest the thoughts of him leaving doesn’t upset me like it used to because Iv got so used to his bad performances.

I think he has been injured for months but played anyway. I hope he stays but expect him to leave and I wish him nothing but good luck. If he hadn't been with us this season we would be playing Wycombe Wanderers next season.
