Todays extra download is another video by Yes. This is a show they did in Montreux, Switzerland in 2003 and is in superb quality. Yesterdays video that I posted was a vhs video rip and I thought the footage was very dark. This show is a dvd rip and is top notch - both sound and visually. The footage is in AVI format and will play on all media players and all dvd players. Again, this features the classic Yes line up of Anderson, Howe, Squire, White and Wakeman - and is the only live album to feature material from the 2001 symphonic release Magnification. This is thoroughly recommended........ Todays first download is a set by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young which was recorded in Sacramento, CA in 2000. This is in superb quality and the original soundboard/ALD (Assisted Listening Device) audio has been remastered - as explained in the tracklisting file notes. This is a great sounding bootleg and a top notch show. I've previously posted another gig from this tour and apart from a few intro variations, the setlist and order is identical. A cracking bootleg and one for all CSNY fans... thoroughly recommended...... Todays second download is a set by Dire Straits which was recorded on their first US tour in 1979. This is in superb quality and is a wicked set. They play tracks from their first two albums - Dire Straits and Communique. Some great guitar work on this one by Mark Knopfler - this is a great set, thoroughly recommended..... Todays extra download is a set by Jeff Beck that was recorded at the Wolf Trap Filene Center, in Vienna, Virginia in 2003. This is in superb quality and is a top sounding bootleg by JB. Some great guitar work on this one - a wicked performance.... this is thoroughly recommended, one for all JB fans..... Blimey staffie, my broadband doesn't know what's hit it over the last few days - 6 Gary Moore downloads (though 2 still won't get past the FileServe captcha problem), 1 Deacon Blue, 2 Thin Lizzy & 1 Dire Straits! It's going to be a while till I get back to my normal shuffled playlist! Todays first download is easily the best quality bootleg by The Rolling Stones that I've ever heard. The sound quality of this is unbelievable... absolutely pin drop perfect. The set was recorded at the Estadio Vincente Calderon in Madrid, Spain on the 16th June 1990. The setlist is fantastic - a great selection of tracks from the bands vast catalogue. Full artwork and booklet scans are available as a small seperate download. If you like the Stones, this will blow you away.... it is top banana - I cannot recommend this one highly enough....
