Its sad in a way that he has gone after all the years he has spent at the club,he has been a good servant to Palace, but he has'nt got the makings of a good manager. It a pity that SJ could'nt find a place in the back room staff for him so that he could remain at the club in another capacity. The club needs a management team who has the drive and wants to suceed, and make our beloved club strong again and to get us back into the premiership where we belong.
