What about 25 years and then some kind of death penalty, that would be an ultimate sentence

I can't agree with the death penalty. Read stats like you see in Stupid White Men...

"since 1973 ... 95 death-row inmates have been fully exonerated.."

"serious reversible errors in 7 out of 10 capital sentence cases reviwed during the period..." "7% found innocent on retrial."

There is too much risk. Admittedly the States is mad but you get the idea

I don't agree with the death penalty, even for scum like Huntley. But because of the death threats he's going to have a private room, colour TV with Sky, Playstation, special food (in case someone tries to poisen him), 24 hour suicide watch etc etc. So what's the real cost going to be?

I think we should copy another idea from America - HARD LABOUR. Make the b****** actually work whilst he's inside, maybe building something useful

I agree why should they get all those comforts they should have a room and a bed - that's all - no contact with the outside world - and left that way until they die! They could make things that could be sold - to raise money for charity.

I think death is an easy way out, that is why these people try to kill themselves because they know that they can't face life in jail. They shouldn't give him any medication so they he can't store it to kill himself or only give him liquid medication!

you can't kill people just to save money!

Why not, the rail operators seem to get away with it?
