I must say I am slightly worried because of the earlier rumour that TP and parish were not seeing eye to eye, I hope they sort it out, that's if there is a problem.

Who the cap fits, let them wear it.

The Palace cap fits for now. Let's enjoy it while it lasts.

They supposedly fell out over how much money there was for players. But with at least another £60m in the kitty at the start of the season, Palace can surely move up a gear in the buying market.

The right place at the right time

I'd be happy if we aimed to establish ourselves as a comfortable mid-table club, at least for the next few years. Pulis is the man to get us to that point.

Quietly strengthen in the summer, take no risks and consolidate. Please, please, please don't be tempted to try to achieve beyond our capabilities too soon. Build something that will last. Get some young coaches on board, look after them and build a dynasty so the transition when TP eventually leaves will be as seamless as possible.

When 2010 took over, the club found itself under safe, responsible and stable ownership for the first time in over over 40 years: a real dawning of a new era. We are now genuinely in a position to establish ourselves in the top flight if we keep our nerve and don't try to overstretch ourselves.

These are the most exciting times in all my 46 years as a Palace fan. We MUST keep Pulis.

Agree with every word Cuckers, although the Wright/Bright/Coppell years were pretty damn exciting too

They were, but we had an owner that nobody really liked or trusted: an owner with more of an eye on personal profit than on the good of the club as a whole. You gotta admit that 2010 are a significant upgrade over Noades!

No, you're right, and things feel much more stable than the Jordan years too, when we also briefly ate at the top-flight table.

Now feels very different; 2010 are a huge part of the story and it could be that - if we can keep hold of Mr P - we are about to experience something very un-Palace indeed: a period of consolidation, relative success and - dare I imagine it - a little bit of glory?

Didn't like what he said in post match interview. He said he will look back with great satisfaction what he has achieved this season.

What's wrong with that?

Well he cant look forward at it can he.
Why do some of our supporters seem so keen to see things go wrong and come up with bizarre conspiracy theories. Pulis is a man who has morals. But he also loves a challenge and he will stay until he cant take us no further I am certain of that.

He's talking about when his career is over. Nothing to read into there.
