In all honesty all the candidates for the Labour leadership are shyte. Labour, the party of mass immigration and out of control spending, not forgetting they're in hoc to the unions. But I guess they're all lies as well. Whatever, my opinions shall not change no matter what propaganda you type.

Well, the out of control spending is a lie and the thing about them being in 'hoc' to the unions is a falsehood. The party of 'mass immigration' is simply an overexageration so 2/3 i'm afraid. I'm sure that no amount of evidence or reasoned arguments could change your narrow-minded, ignorant, nationalistic views. I salute you sir.

The out of control spending is a lie???!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

You actually believe that do you? The credit crunch began in America eh? I've heard it all now. You really are living in total denial aren't you?

The party of mass immigration....They abandoned the borders for the love of god! Where do you think all these new arrivals have come from?
You have no reasoned argument Sir. As for being nationalistic, ignorant and narrow minded, well I served in the army for eight years and saw a great deal of the world and many different cultures, probably more than you, Mr Keyboard warrior.

Firstly, i would advise you to seek medical help for your maniacal laugh which explains many of your posts.
Secondly, yes the financial meltdown began in america with the flood of irresponsible mortgage lending by the banks. Congrats, that’s the first bit of truth you've posted all day, give yourself a pat on the back.
Thirdly, no-one abandoned the borders, that is unfortunately poppycock.
The fact that you may have served in the armed forces (i was under the impression that there was some kind of psychological test to weed out the nutters?) doesn't stop you being nationalistic, ignorant and narrow minded. I also have travelled and seen a great deal of the world and experienced many different cultures, but unlike you i learnt from my experiences and used them to build a rational world view.
As for the 'keyboard warrior', only one of us is claiming to be from the army and laughing insanely. I pray that you receive the enlightenment that you so desperately need.

You really are sinking low now.the man served his country for eight years, and you insult him like that.just because he has a different view point to you.
I wonder if you talk to people like that in real life,or is it just when you are safe behind a keyboard.

Thank you Elgrande.

The financial crisis was caused by the banking collapse. Brown was still spending far too much - and you can argue that be positioned the economy in such a way that it couldn't take the shock - but the crisis in the economy was caused by the banks.

That crisis did begin in the US - it was caused by US banks giving mortgages to people with no hope of repaying them. The likes of JPMorgan and Lehmans packaged those loans up and sold them to the market. When those defaulted the system collapsed and banks stopped lending to each other - which resulted in the first UK domino to fall because Northern Rock were criminally dependant on short term funding from the money markets.

Browns real crime was not regulating the banks though it should be noted Osborne wanted less regulation and UKIP seemingly none at all. Perhaps because Forage got rich in helping betting against Sterling when it was forced out of the ERM.

The only people with clean hands from this period were the Liberal Democrats

Brown is responsible for squandering a golden economic inheritance. If Brown had been sensible we would have been a lot better prepared for what was about to happen, instead his financial irresponsibility left this country wide open to the consequences of what was about to happen.

Thank you for admitting that you were wrong about where the financial meltdown begun. At last you are getting somewhere. But your argument here is illogical. I am no fan of Brown but how could he be expected to plan for a financial meltdown that nobody predicted?

I didn't admit I was wrong. Gordon Brown blew this country's wealth. I responded in a more positive manner to Sedlescombe's post as he put his point across without being insulting and childish, maybe you could learn from him.
As for not being able to predict the credit crunch, well the man was the prime minister, he should have planning for every eventuality.

I wonder if you talk to people like that in real life,or is it just when you are safe behind a keyboard.

As i said, the man claims to have served his country for 8 years but then appears to know nothing about this country or it's recent history. Also, he only mentions his 'service' once he realises that his arguments have been deconstructed. And finally, i don't see what relevance serving has to the argument we were having. Even if true it’s no replacement for logic and reason. And yes, even in real life i argue using the facts.

The "facts as you see them" people have different points of view ...does not make YOU right everytime because you said it is.
And arguing and insulting are different things.
If you had said that to my face in an "argument" you would be on your arse.

Yes. Cometh the hour, cometh the keyboard warrior. I am really feeling, y'know, the fear. Grow up, it must be past your bedtime.

No, you're right you didn't admit you were wrong you just tacitly accepted that the financial crises started in america, which contradicted your previous claim that it didn't start in america. You didn't admit it, but you were wrong all the same. I haven't insulted you, and your attempts to claim otherwise are just to deflect from your silly arguments.
The idea that the PM should plan for every eventuality is both foolish and impossible and i can only guess that you made a typo and meant to say something else. I wait with baited breath for your wisdom to be bestowed upon us.

I'd love Corbyn to get control of the labour party, only the clinically diagnosed turbo nutter f***tards of the UK would vote for labour with him at helm, I will conceed he'd probably get a few votes from some of our palace brothers on here, but then again I would refer to my previous statement.

I'd love Corbyn to get control of the labour party, only the clinically diagnosed turbo nutter f***tards of the UK would vote for labour with him at helm, I will conceed he'd probably get a few votes from some of our palace brothers on here, but then again I would refer to my previous statement.

Amusing how worried the right are getting now it looks like he might get in
