History is history.

We don't have white history week do we.
If we are to take equality seriously then we have to dispose of stuff like this.
We can't have it both ways. Skin colour must become irrelevant.

I understand what you are saying and I would agree if it was a level playing field. However I doubt that any sort of celebration of whiteness would be welcomed.
Frankly, I don't particularly want to celebrate my whiteness because it is of no interest to me but none the less, this is a double standard how ever you spin it.
Do you really think that Ian Wright wants to be seen as a great black player or just a great player ?
