So the leave vote is split between 2 options well at least you have answered my question.

What if it's

Remain 48%
Leave Theresa deal 25%
Just leave 25%

At the moment I don't see how a question can be framed that is fair and simple to everybody. If we do have a 2nd referendum I can see all sorts of legal challenges over the question both before and after the referendum.

One thing I hope we both can agree on if there is a 2nd referendum the purpose most be to resolve this issue without any ambiguity otherwise it will be onto the best of 3.

The fallout from the referendum should tell you why a second one would be a disaster.
People on the remain side often claim that a referendum was a bad idea.
They claim that people were not sophisticated enough to answer a two option choice.
They claim that Brexit incompetence is costing the country money.
Why then would you want to do it all again with harder questions?

The decision has been made. Just accept it and move on.
They only want another vote because they lost.

That was slightly in jest. I think all leave votes should be collective if that were the case. No, seriously I think it should be the same as before, yes or no. Maybe put plenty of information out there like a dedicated website that answers all questions and has every piece of information. Plus make it clear there will be absolutely no more votes.

We need free, unwhipped voting - all the while MPs are being whipped, most Labour MPs will oppose everything.

Reading that now is quite interesting, especially the part:

Securing our borders
The UK is not part of the EU’s
border-free zone – we control
our own borders which gives
us the right to check everyone,
including EU nationals, arriving
from continental Europe.

So why does Theresa May say in Parliament we must leave to take back control of our borders?

I heard most MPs are quite partial to a bit of whipping.

I don't think it actually matters in this case. Most Labour MPs are Remainers so not likely to vote to leave anyway.

As Corbyn voted against his party line over 400 times he could hardly complain.....

You are really scraping the barrel puss puss.
Have a read of this to enlighten yourself.
We will do the same as the EU will do to us
"British travellers may be asked by border guards to provide information on the purpose of their visit and means of subsistence during their stay. Luggage would be subject to customs checks."
AND
"The commission also confirmed British travellers would lose their right to access healthcare through the European health insurance card"
We would do the same saving the NHS money.

You can change leaderhip, but all the time Labour are whipped to oppose, there'll be an impasse, because of the numbers in Parliament.

Why do you feel it's your job to save the NHS money?

This so called health tourism, according to the link below amounts to 0.3% of the overall budget. (but no doubt sensationalised by the tabloid media)

[Link]

So in essence you are saying you are willing to personally give up access to free health care across europe because you want your government to save a little bit of the 0.3% that goes on Health tourism?

No wonder the rest of the world laughs at us

Scraping the barrel again puss puss.
There are multible reasons that it is my job to vote what is right. You agree health tourism exists, good, small but one reason to add to multiple other reasons people voted leave. Incidentally you can buy travel insurance from as little as £9.99 a year, a small price to pay wouldn't you say?
